I understand and acknowledge the nature of the activities involved in the camp, including but not limited to football drills, physical conditioning, and contact exercises. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the camp, I voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless PICO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and any other affiliated individuals or entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “PICO”) from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, damage, or harm that may occur to me during or as a result of my participation in the camp. I understand and acknowledge that participation in the camp involves certain inherent risks, including bodily injury, illness, or property damage, which my actions may cause, the actions of other participants, or the conditions of the camp. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept personal responsibility for any injuries or damage that may result from my participation in the camp. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless PICO from all liabilities, damages, cost, or expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to any claim, demand, or action brought by PICO as a result of my participation in the camp. I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the camp and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in the activities involved. I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions PICO and its staff provided during camp.
